At EnChroma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new eyewear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the eyewear and all original packaging, including cases and cleaning cloths, into a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
